Regional resource guides on monitoring SDG 4

I was key in developing a regional capacity-development resource book on monitoring SDG 4 in Asia-Pacific, produced jointly by UNESCO and UNICEF. I drafted the full background and introduction, wrote substantial parts of Module 1 and Module 4, developed the sections on education data quality assessment and results-based management in national education statistics strategies, and extensively reworked major parts of the modules on data analysis, results communication, and non-traditional monitoring challenges. The work involved translating technical guidance, consultant inputs, and management direction into a coherent training resource for ministerial and partner audiences, while also supporting the wider production process across authors, reviewers, editors, and design.
