At the UNESCO Institute for Statistics, I co-developed an early data-driven publication for Asia-Pacific that identified priority gaps and weaknesses in education systems in relation to SDG 4. I played a major role in collecting, processing, and visualising data, and in shaping the report’s content and structure so that statistical findings translated into clear messages for policymakers. My contributions were especially strong in the areas of Education for Sustainable Development and ICT and digital skills. Following peer review, the publication was disseminated online and to ministries to inform evidence-based education planning and policy discussion across the region.
