An intergenerational responsibility to upskill young people

I developed this paper for the UNESCO Institute for Statistics, as part of my analytical work to support advisory processes and education planning. Using UIS data, I examined indicators related to sustainability and digital skills, alongside foundational areas such as mathematics and reading. The analysis highlighted a serious gap: many young people in developing and transitioning economies are still not being equipped with the capabilities they will need for future social, environmental, and economic demands.
