This major regional review assessed progress on SDG 4 across Asia-Pacific at the midpoint to 2030. I led the analytical development and drafting of the publication, including conceptualising the report, processing and analysing cross-country data, developing the comparative narrative, integrating prior materials where usable, coordinating content inputs with ministries, and steering the report through production for publication. The review covers benchmark monitoring, participation, learning, early childhood, tertiary pathways, ICT, sustainability, education financing, and post-pandemic recovery.
